Mira is a local-first migraine journal. Logging and history work without Premium; an account is required for backup and subscriptions.

Health access

Apple Health is optional and read-only. Mira requests daily sleep, steps, HRV, resting heart rate, and active energy summaries. You can revoke access in system settings.

Export or delete

Open Settings in the app to export a JSON copy or permanently delete the current account and journal data.

Medical help

Mira is not an emergency or diagnostic service. For new, severe, or concerning symptoms, contact a qualified local professional or emergency service.
