Draft for legal review · July 17, 2026
Mira is published by Gowtham T G, an individual developer (no separate legal entity). Mira handles optional migraine attacks, daily context, treatment response, account details, and notification preferences. With permission, Mira reads daily summaries for sleep, steps, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, and active energy from Apple Health. Access is read-only, and raw health samples are not uploaded.
Launch updates
If you choose to join the pre-launch list, Mira stores the email address you submit, the version of the notice shown at signup, and privacy-preserving rate-limit data. Raw network addresses are not stored. The address is used only for Mira launch updates, is not sold, and can be removed on request by emailing hello.getmira@gmail.com.
How it is used
Data provides the journal, account sync, deterministic pattern analysis, aggregate AI narration, reports, reminders, subscriptions, and requested launch updates. Mira does not sell health or waitlist data, run third-party ads, or use health data for advertising.
Guest and account data
Guest journal data stays owner-scoped on that device. Accounts use Supabase for backup. RevenueCat handles entitlement status; Expo may deliver notifications; configured language-model providers receive verified aggregates rather than raw journal rows.
Your controls
Settings provides JSON export, Health permission management, notification preferences, and deletion. Subscription cancellation is handled by the applicable app store. Waitlist removal requests can be made any time at hello.getmira@gmail.com.
Before publication
This draft still requires the operator's postal address, processing regions, waitlist and product retention schedules, rights language, and effective date.
